Chicago. The Raffaello affords the lucky few, the opportunity to own a

their residence year round, seasonally or as a weekend pied a terre.

Raffaello Hotel recently completed a $25 million interior renovation
that reflects a stylish image while preserving the building's landmark
Mediterranean facade and historic lobby architecture. All residences at
the Raffaello are designed with custom furnishings by Mitchell
Freedland design. Each of the residences' feature a private, locked
owner's closet for personal belongings, refreshment center with a
Microwave and refrigerator, 32' flat panel LCD TV's, wired and wireless
internet access, luxury high thread count bedding and much more.
Owners
may elect to defer some of the costs of ownership by renting their
suite's out when not in use. Owners may rent their units themselves,
hire a third party rental management firm, hire the Raffaello hotel
management group or choose not to rent their unit out.
