Jason Zonis grew up in Lincolnwood, Illinois and attended Northwestern University with a background in engineering and finance. Over the years he spent time in the hospitality industry, in engineering and many years as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange prior to his tenure in real estate.
Jason has personal experience as a landlord and property manager of a large multi-unit building as well as multiple other asset classes. He always had an interest in architecture and construction fueled by experience alongside his carpenter grandfather growing up. He always was extremely personable and outgoing and the allure of helping people drew him to the industry. Moving into the real estate world full time proved to be a natural and easy choice.
Drawing from his past work experiences, Jason excels at communicating with his clients and makes sure they are not only well informed but comfortable through every step of the process. Buying or selling a home can be very emotional and Jason is an expert at steadying the ship of a real estate deal. The reward of seeing a satisfied client at the conclusion of a real estate transaction drives his passion for the process and the industry.
Having spent his life in the Chicagoland area Jason has extensive knowledge of the city and north suburbs. A self-proclaimed Chicago foodie – he can offer a great recommendation on a gourmet burger haunt or a hidden pizza parlor as well.
